I wanted to help Simon and I went to look at:

   http://plone.org/development/teams/release/notes/StandardProducts

This says nothing about CMFPhotoAlbum.  So I am assuming this
does not ship with any of the Products.  I think we might want to
split this up into:

   Base Distribution (Tarball)
     - What is included

   Mac OSX Installer

   Windows Installer

   RPMS

   Optional Packages
   [ What can be shipped but is not guaranteed across installers]
