I think its a commitment problem. There is a concept of what 2.0 is to 
be in some people's eyes and I've continually heard "well thats not we 
want in 2.0". That concept of 2.0 was very flaky and has been changing 
continually.

Reasons this will be easier:

- releases will be way smaller and more incremental

- better defined
