dist_plone script in cvs

Hi there,

i just checked in the dist_plone script into plone/Installers cvs which
should help me (us) to have it easier to keep track of dependency
changes and releases.

It right now only has the capatibility to download all the stuff.

check it out and run "python2.3 dist_plone.py". All parts of plone will
be downloaded to the build folder.

Please everybody verify that the dist_plone/platforms/independent.py
file contains any platform independent stuff which should end up in any
installer in exactly this version and from exactly this source. If
something is wrong or needs update please change it and notify the
installers list.

Its late now and i will continue with the tarballing support tomorrow.
