bad file in Zope 2.7 tarball

Just FYI, the Zope 2.7 tarball from zope.org contains an outdated version of
xmlrpclib.py in ~zope/lib/python.  This breaks some (maybe all) xml-rpc
calls.  If you replace it with a newer version from a python 2.3.3 distro
then all is well.  I've logged a bug in the zope collector.
