I tried this and got:

$ rpm -ivh Plone2-*.rpm
error: Plone2-2.0.0rh-1.i386.rpm: MD5 digest: BAD 
Expected(3c4bfe2c91e8cc9f897fa845ed6028bb) != 
(7b96608d495bc7bb5576e993f7d6b09b)
error: Plone2-2.0.0rh-1.i386.rpm cannot be installed

Passing a --nomd5 did not seem to help
