My focus has always been to > try and make the install for the person who really needs something easy > and let developers do their own thing ;) The difference is - it doesn't affect the end user negatively, and most of the people actually *downloading* Plone are developers or will become developers. End users of Plone are the users that use what's given to them by the IT department.
