Perhaps I just look at the Windows Installer differently, I just think 
most of the people who download and install it will never, ever run the 
unit tests. Especially for the Windows Installer the main focus is PHB's 
who want to quickly get it out and play with it. As I remember on the 
uninstall mailing list I've seen a few people saying "Yeah I ran the 
installer, played with it. Now I'm uninstalling it to install on a real 
server".

Anyway carry on doing that it's fine. Im just explaining why I dont 
think it's a big deal and I actually delete directories call test in the 
setup ;)
