Some Unit-Tests in the Installer

Hello all,

I would appreciate an optional "development-tools" instalation with some
Unit-Tests inside Plone Installer.

It could be nice to have with each Zope/Plone Product a "Tests" folder with some
Unit-tests to check some essential features of the Product. (I found this in
some Products, but not in all).
