2.0.1 uploaded to SF

I've uploaded the tarballs to SF Odd that CMFPlone-2.0.1 is smaller that CMFPlone-2.0. The other oddity is that PloneBase is much bigger. This tarball wasn't scripted so I added it the package_plone.py script and I think the larger size is due to i18n.
