Yes, that should work, but you'll need to make sure the 'plone' user has ownership of the new Products you put in place, and run the migration scripts in portal_migration after you restart Zope. ie: after you copy the 2.0.3 products into the Products dir, assuming you put them into the "Default" site's Products folder: sudo chown -R plone:admin /Applications/Plone2/Sites/Default/Products Then restart the site, and then go to the portal_migration tool to run the migration scripts.
