chmod

Hi all--

One quick request before I forget:

Could we add a chmod statement to the script that makes the tarball to give 
read/execute permission to everybody for all the zope packages?

I inadvertently created a release for CMFFormController that gives only 
owners rx access, and there have been a lot of people confused by that -- it 
causes zope to die on startup with a cryptic error message.

I'll fix the permissions in the next release, but it would be good to do 
this in general to keep people from getting confused.
