VerboseSecurity is part of Zope >= 2.8.1. You have to change two lines 
in the zope.conf to enable it.

Please keep in mind that some debugs (PTProfiler?) are *enabled* by 
default. That could slow down Plone dramatically. We should check and 
modify every Profiler to make sure that they are disabled unless 
explictly enabled for a debugging session.
