Much head banging and issues with this, mostly due to problems if Plone is running and you try to install and the service changes that occured recently. I've been able to reproduce, some but not all of the problems. I'm not 100% happy with the installer, it does a dirty trick to work, but a new install and an upgrade finally worked.
