The installers for Windows have been uploaded to sf.net, both for
2.1.3 and 2.5-rc1.

Changes from previous versions:

 - Removed the question about changing the default Python installation
   as per optilude's request.
 - Added the plone icon to the installer .exe and to the add/remove
   programs control panel item.
