Important: Team Workspaces and Groups created on plone.org

Hi Plone People,

Tonight I added the first Groups on plone.org and created Team workspaces
to go along with them. Hopefully it will be easier to work as teams on
plone.org now - it's certainly easier to keep track of the different
people already.

All the leaders of the different teams have been given Manager roles so
they can add and remove their Team Members. (George Donnelly, you should
be especially careful with this, as any Member of the Website team
currently becomes a Manager too :)

I (mostly) populated the following teams:

Developer Team (leader: Alan Runyan)
Documentation Team (leader: Andy McKay)
Release/Installer Team (leader: Simon Eisenmann)
UI Team (leader: Alexander Limi)

The following teams have to populate their own member lists, the leaders
have the permissions to do so:

i18n Team (leaders: Jodok Batlogg and Godefroid Chapelle)
Video Team (leader: Paul Everitt)
Website Team (leader: George Donnelly) (Careful with the Manager
permission! ;)

The Team Workspaces are located at:

http://plone.org/teams

and all members of a particular group are Owners in their respective
folder.

I propose moving the team-centric stuff in the development wiki into their
respective team areas, so people can decide whether they prefer wikis,
documents or other methods of collaboration.

The goal is to give the individual teams the freedom to collaborate in the
way they prefer, and to make it possible for the team leaders to maintain
their own groups, offloading Alan and myself. ;)

Now go play! And feel free to ask me questions if you need advice on
anything. :)
