Well I uninstalled Plone3.0a and used this installer.

I got the following error dialogue near the end of the installation:
'Executing the command 'setupSite.py' failed

ImportError: No module named i18n.normalizer.interfaces'

I then got the finish button dialogue at the end of the install.
Ran Plone Controller and then View Plone. NO Site blank screen as per my
ongoing Win x64 problem. So rebooted.

This next time I got lucky and Plone Controller said Plone was started so
View Plone and Firefox brought up this page:
