Plone 3 beta 3 is out

Hi all,

as already mentioned we found some very annoying bugs in beta2 which
made it hard to test large parts of Plone, so we released a new beta3
release.

This release should also eliminate the packaging problems Sidnei was
fighting with.

The release tarball can be found at the usual place:

http://plone.org/products/plone/releases/3.0

I won't call this the last beta release again, as I cannot predict the
future, but it is meant as such and so we would love to see installers
for all platforms.
