2.5.4 is ready for installers

Hi All,

We now have a tarball for 2.5.4-2, and installers will need to be
built.  The Installer information at:

https://svn.plone.org/svn/plone/Installers/dist_plone/tags/2.5.4-2

is up to date with the packages for this release.
