Plone 3.0.3 ready to rumble

I just tagged & uploaded Plone 3.0.3. This is a very small upgrade from 3.0.2. Its most important feature is the fix for CVE-2007-5741. The install info also points to the recently released Zope 2.10.5 release. As before I'm keeping the 3.0.3 release marked as unreleased on plone.org until we have at least the windows and universal installers ready.
