A new, hopefully clean, version has been uploaded as http://plone.googlecode.com/files/Plone-3.0.3-UnifiedInstaller-Rev1.tar.gz (I used "-Rev1" rather than 3.0.3.1 to avoid suggesting it might be a new iteration of Plone.) This was also compiled on Leopard, but I believe it's free of ._* files. I'll be able to check that on a Linux machine in a few hours. If someone has a chance before that, and it proves out, would you add the link to Plone.Org?
