2.5.5 is ready for installers to be built

Hi everyone,

As the title says.  The scripts are up-to-date and tagged; everything
should be ready for installers to be built.  Please upload completed
installers to launchpad:

https://launchpad.net/plone/2.5/2.5.5/

And notify me when they are ready.  If you don't have permissions on
launchpad, let me know.  I can upload for you or get you the
appropriate permissions if you have an account.
