well if mingw is shipped, that would make the installer smaller in size, but
it is a
detail I guess

Yes we didn't do a local thing, as we used existing installers. A
self-contained
thing would better indeed.

Besides the Plone installer, a great win will be to provide this tool for
anyone
that wishes to release any kind of buildout for a windows-based server.
