Finally got the 3.1.6 Windows Installers ready: https://code.edge.launchpad.net/plone/3.1/3.1.6 Unfortunately, still struggling with 3.2a1, it doesn't give a working install due to some problem with External Editor not being detected as installed. Once Wichert fixes that, a 3.2a1 installer will follow shortly. However I am thinking of making only a buildout installer for 3.2 instead of the usual two.
