We could do that if we offered an online option (right now the installers run offline, and that need to continue to be an option). We'd also need something on dist.plone.org to link to the latest +0.0.1. At the moment, we've developed into a pattern where the +0.0.1 installers are holding up releases for half their expected lives. Of course, another possibility is to bring some more volunteers onto the installers group.
