Win32 and Plone 4.1 Installer - Please Upload

The binary:

Enfold Systems has completed a Plone 4.1 windows installer.  There are a few
difference in this installer than previous installers.  All
information is in our
public subversion; so if someone wants to build Windows installers (innosetup)
the information is there. Just requires the motivation.

We have put a pop-up at the end of the installation to drive people to
Enfold Proxy.
There is now a FREE version of Enfold Proxy 7.1.  This means people using
Plone 4.1 & Enfold Proxy can integrate Plone into their existing IIS
infrastructure
as well as use SSL, etc.  Our existing documentation for Proxy will be very
useful to users configuring the limited/free version.

On to the differences:

1. Obviously there is a pop-up which explains Enfold Proxy.  We have released
a free non-expiring version.  We recommend everyone use it.  Not only because
we wrote it but also because most people want to run Plone on port 80 or with
SSL.  This is not trivial.

2.  The windows installer uses ZEO.  It creates 1 client on 8080 and
zeo also runs.
Previously the Windows installer only used Filestorage.  We can revert this.  I
think we want to keep ZEO just so people can do interactive debugging.  Being
able to goto bin\instance debug and interactively manipulate your Plone site is
very liberating.

3. The installer is not signed.  This was a oversight.  Since this is
a automated
build process instead of the one-off sidnei delight; we dont have signatures.  I
do not believe this is a big deal.  If it is - I can look into fixing
it for Plone 4.1.1.
