Hi Folks!

I'm going to take the announcement of Mountain Lion as an opportunity to
step down as maintainer of the OS X binary installer. I'll continue to
maintain it (unless someone wants to take over) until the release of
Mountain Lion, but I won't try to update it for 10.8.

I will be happy to keep working on the Unified Installer, and will update
it work with 10.8 after its release.

So, if we're to have an OS X binary installer in the future, we'll need a
new maintainer / developer. I'll be happy to help with the transition.

There are lots of opportunities for improving this installer. In
particular, it's had no GUI controller since Apple dropped support for
wxPython in Lion. If you're interested, you can take a look at the
installer's existing code base at https://github.com/plone/Installers-OS-X.
