lxml on Windows (was Re: [Plone-developers] Plone 4.2rc1 soft-released)

So how do we want to handle this? 

Looking around, I found http://lxml.de/FAQ.html#where-are-the-binary-builds, pointing out that the Windows binaries are unmaintained, though unofficial builds are available at http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#lxml. Do we need to dig up someone to be an official maintainer for Plone's sake or can we just bundle the unofficial builds with the Windows installer?
