The binary eggs are now up at
http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#lxml. If someone with
Windows handy can check they work in a buildout we should mirror them
onto dist.plone.org to make them available to existing Plone buildouts
on Windows.

Christoph also mentioned that Bento plans to support conversion
between formats in a future version. https://github.com/cournape/Bento
