For what it's worth: I simply downloaded "lxml-2.3.4-py2.7-win-amd64.egg"
manually from "http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#lxml", and placed
the file in the eggs/ folder. Now the failed attempt to build lxml is
prevented, and Plone starts fine. (This is the 4.2 coredev buildout.)
