open space notes from the confrence

hey there,

here are the notes from the installer/images open space from the conference

we had an interesting discussion with a couple of new user about the
installer and possible bottlenecks with the following results:

- if its possible to have something like a dialog window with
requirements and links to help/documentation when you start the installer
- if its possible to have better error messages [more user-friendly] if
something is going wrong during the install

apart form that the was a short discussion about the state of the os x
installer with the question
if we really have to support older versions of os x, too of is it enough
to just make the installer work with the latest two ones.
the result was that it seems there are still some user on older versions
of os x
