Re: Plone 4.2.3 installers

The 4.2.3 Unified Installer is uploaded and linked.

PLEASE NOTE: I've made a change in the lxml "static build" strategy. The
installer will now ask users to add a "--static-lxml" command line flag if
they want a static build of libxml2 and libxslt. Otherwise, it strongly
suggests using the platform's dev packages instead. The libxml2 and libxslt
sources are no longer bundled, so an Internet connection is required to do
the static build.

I didn't like making such a big change for a micro release, but the newest
gcc revisions make it very hard to build a reliable libxml2/libxslt without
lots of platform-specific patches. Ubuntu recently pushed that to 12.0.4
LTS, which is why we suddenly got so many bug reports on failed lxml2
operation (the build seemed successful).

IMHO, it's a bad idea for us to build common system libraries anyway, so
I'm using the installer to push users in the direction of the platform
libraries first, with a fallback to the custom build.

So, (Érico, note!), you'll need to add that "--static-lxml" argument to the
Mac installer's builder.
