Time and date in working copies

Hi,

#. Default: "This item is being edited by ${creator} in ${working_copy} created on ${created}."

msgstr "Dieser Artikel wird gerade von ${creator} in der am ${created} erzeugten ${working_copy} bearbeitet."

creates a false sentence in German, when you look at the working copy on the same day as it was created, because then only the time is displayed. 

I think it is the same in English and many other languages.

So either we always display the date or we must have the possibility to decide whether we'll see a date or a time in the gui.
