New release plone.app.locales 3.3.12

Hi,

I did a new release of plone.app.locales for Plone 3.3.x.

If you want to use the version in your buildout, do as usual:
[versions]
plone.app.locales = 3.3.12

or wait for a Plone 3.3.6 release.
