Okay.  I have added a note to collective.recipe.i18noverrides that 
mentions this, and released version 1.0 on pypi:

No further changes compared to the previous 0.4 of almost a year ago, 
except minor changes in the tests.

Right, I'll move Products.Poi trunk (2.0) to uses locales then, as it is 
for Plone 4 only.
