The German translation is up to date.
There is the kupuconfig po file untranslated, it contains 112
messages. If you don't plan to translate it, maybe you can remove the
file to have 100 % :)
Is this domain used by Plone?

For tinymce.po. I think some of the messages are used by Plone. But
this file is generated. Please update the upstream translation by
downloading the XML file at
http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/download_i18n.php
and reupload it.

I used my statistics.py script from the utils directory.
