Transifex status

Hi,

Since the 1.0 released and update of the transifex.net to this version,
every things has been broken.

Please read this:

What you should know after reading, what I have understood:

Now translations will not be pushed back to repository by transifex.net
(security issue in fact). 
* Maintainers need to use transifex-client to sync translations
* translators can use the webui to translate each pot file.
* pot are automaticly updated


So First I have tried to install transifex-client with buildout. It fails,
reported , fixed in a branch , waiting for the merge:

Now I will try to cleanup Plone project on transifex, and sync translations.
