please update Roger Erens' translatorship-status

Hi,

I'd like to inform you that I am currently not an active translator
for the Dutch version of Plone, hence I'd like to be removed or moved
to a 'previous translators' section on the pages

and
http://plone.org/team/i18nTeam
as mentioned on
http://plone.org/products/plonetranslations/issues

BTW: the latter pages seems vastly out-of-date, with a latest target
mentioned of "3.1.4".
