Hi Dimitar,
      first of all thanks for your contribution :)

To add your new translation you should:

0- have write permission to https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective (more
info: http://dev.plone.org/plone/wiki/ContributeCollective)
1- check out the PloneTranslation package
       $ svn co
https://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/PloneTranslations/trunk
PloneTranlations
2- move to the locales dir
       $ cd PloneTranlations/locales
3- create dirs structure
       $ mkdir mk_MK && mkdir mk_MK/LC_MESSAGES
4- copy your(s) translation file in the new dir
       $ cp <your-po-file> ./mk_MK/LC_MESSAGES/
5- add that dir to version control
       $ svn add mk_MK
6- commit to server
       $ svn ci -m"Added macedonian translation" .

...or, if you are not sure, just find someone that can upload your
translation for you.

Cheers,
Giacomo
