full translation for Plone4

Hello

I am working with translation company in london to update and check the
arabic transltion for plone the problem is that they can not use poedit and
also in order
to give me price offer they asked for how many values need to be translated

it is possible to export only the values to word or exael tamplte
so i can email them or print?

also willing to donate later that this company will check and tranlate
other translations
