I'm the i18n team leader.
You can find an up to date list of translators at
http://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/PloneTranslations/trunk/TRANSLATORS.html
The following ticket http://dev.plone.org/ticket/12082 is still open to
sync the LDAP group with the userid of current maintainers from
TRANSLATORS.html
to update http://plone.org/team/i18nTeam

The only way to reach the team is via this mailing-list.
The team exists to translate Plone... :)
If other members of this team have more inspiration, please comment. :)
