I'm testing it with a very simple buildout:

[buildout]
extends = http://dist.plone.org/release/4.2/versions.cfg
parts   = instance

[instance]
recipe = plone.recipe.zope2instance
user   = admin:admin
eggs   =
   Plone
   Pillow

For me it's parcially translated. Only the discussion fieldset title
is displayed in Spanish.
