Show native language names in translation menu

We have a pull-request in GitHub that changes the current english language
names with native language names in "Translate into..."

We currently have english language names in the "Translate into..." menu,
this is not helpful for users that create content in a non-english Plone
site, specially if you manage content in a site with non-english content,
for instance a site in Basque (eu) and Spanish (es) (mostly our usecase,
but it can be extended to any other cases).

With these changes, the native language is shown in the "Translate
into...", so we will see something like:

Translate into...
-- Español
-- Deutsche
-- Euskara
-- Française

Any comment on it?
