Position free: Maintainer of the Swedish localization

Hi, all.

As some of you might know, I moved from Sweden to Berlin about five years
ago. It's taken a long time, but since a while I no longer have any Swedish
Plone clients.

Hence my interest in maintaining the Swedish localization has dwindled
towards zero.

Anybody who wants to grab the baton?
