I am slowly moving forward, feedback and help would be cool

A lot is working…. plan is this.
• Option to select what content should be available offline
• Add to homescreen ( http://cubiq.org/add-to-home-screen )
• Homescreen icon (partly done, hardcoded at the moment)
• Fallbackview for  «content not avalable offline»

To test, do this: 
1) Go to http://mobiletest.medialog.no/ and go to the subpages
2) Disconnect from internet and go to site and subpages (it should work offline, hopefully)
