urllib2.URLError running bootstrap.py on Plone 4.3.3 buildout

I have a python 2.6.6. instance which I’ve used already to create another Plone buildout.

Now, I’m using it to run a Plone 4.3.3 buildout, but I get 

urllib2.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 110] Connection timed out>

When trying to run bootstrap.py
