#footer { position: absolute; bottom: 0; width: 97.75%; }
is wrong with more than about 15 anchors, it stucks at the middle of the
page.
It goes at the bottom of the viewable area, but at the middle of the
list of anchors if they fill the viewable area.
removing bottom works, also removing position: absolute.
