Link to an anchor

How do I add a link in a page that references an anchor in the target 
page? The URL inserted into the page looks like:

<a class="internal-link" 
href="resolveuid/24861baf2d564f069862a0ec35c689dc" target="_self" 
title="IT:Hardware">Grid Information</a>

I would like the link to take the user not only to the page that the 
hash resolves to, but also to an anchor within that page.
