Thanks for sharing what I *should* be seeing. Unfortunately, my page with anchors does not bring up the right-most pane. The page with anchors contains the following html: <h3><span class="mw-headline" id="ONG"><a name="ONG" id="ONG"></a> ONG </span></h3> Maybe I just need to give Plone a bit more time to catch up?
