I would suggest chatting with some of those who have hosted sprints in the
past and check out previous and current coactive pages.

It's basically though:

- decide on a topic/goal
- get a sprint location
- decide what you're going to provide for sprinters(food, housing, etc)
- convince sprinters to come(general invites or specifically find people
and ask them to come personally)
- decide if you want/need additional sponsorship funds
- help sprinters coordinate travel, do airport pickups, etc
- coordinate food/events during sprint
