collective.ptg.flickr product shows no errors, but nothing in the UI

After adding collective.plonetruegallery to the zcml for my instance, I’m no longer getting boot-time errors from collective.ptg.flickr. However, I’m also not getting an options in the UI which show me that it’s installed. I tried re-installing collective.plonetruegallery from the Plone control panel, but still, nothing showing up in the UI.
